Carpets for Government Hubs

Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Note is (a) to give potential tenderers advance notice that HM Revenue and Customs intend to undertake a tendering exercise for the supply, delivery and installation of carpet tiles for the Government Hubs Programme. And (b) to advise potential tenderers of a potential Supplier event to be held in Croydon on 9 February 2018. The event will comprise of a presentation on the requirement and tender for a multi-supplier framework and give an opportunity for suppliers to book 1-2-1 Q&A sessions to cover the specification and ITT. This contract is for the support of HMRC's Regional Centres and Government Hubs. The requirement will involve the timely supply, delivery and installation of carpet tiles across the HMRC Regional Hub sites and other transitional sites as appropriate.
