The project is for the provision of GBD project works package No 10 — Frederick Street Car Park. The Project is for the provision of GBD project works package No 10 — Frederick Street Car Park. The following is a brief synopsis of the scope of works for works package 10. The Contractor shall be required to construct Frederick Street Car Park which is a mixed-use development comprising turn-key car-parking spaces, with covered, illuminated and secure bicycle parking spaces, together with a car park security office, and shell retail space. The development also includes soft landscaping with trees, shrubs, and climbing plants, forming a buffer between the proposed car park and the adjacent residential property. The car park also contains a store to accommodate the mechanical access platform for use primarily on the nearby university. The works include signage, car parking equipment and associated site works outside the boundary of the site.
