Tender description

Development of a utility infrastructure strategy and associated design and implementation activities. The UEA are looking to appoint a mechanical and electrical services consultant with considerable knowledge of large private infrastructure networks and off site utilities, to assist the UEA in the development and delivery of a long term infrastructure strategy to align with a 15 – 25 year development plan. The consultant shall need experience with district heating and cooling networks, electrical distribution, gas and water services. It is important that the consultants have a knowledge of external utility’s requirements as well as an understanding of the current and future expected climate change legislative changes.
