Tender description
Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for servicing and repairs to air conditioning and mechanical ventilation at Swale House. The contract will commence on Tuesday, 01 May 2018. The tenderer/s who submit the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the assets are maintained in a safe and effective way with minimum disruption. Servicing is to be carried out annually during November, in addition to reactive calls to breakdowns. The contractor shall hold current membership with the Building and Engineering Services Association.
