WME 002 - A Framework Agreement for the Supply of Electricity on a Flexible Basis and the Provision of Associated Services

Tender description

WME intends to create a new four year single supplier framework for the provision of electricity supplies, with WME acting as intermediary to buy the electricity on the wholesale market. WME provides a fully managed service including validation and payment of bills on behalf of customers, with the option of a procurement only service. WME will impose on economic operators requirements aimed at protecting the confidential nature of information made available throughout the procurement procedure (as permitted by Regulation 21(3)), and before receiving that information economic operators will be required to complete and return a confidentiality agreement, which will be available once economic operators have expressed an interest in the tender opportunity, along with a copy of their current electricity supply licence.
