VEAT Notice - Intention to Award a Consultancy Services Contract for the Kerdiffstown Landfill Remediation Project

Tender description

This contract was initially advertised under the open procedure in the Official Journal of the European Union on 15th September 2017 (Ref. 2017/S 178-364725). Following this procedure it was deemed that there was no suitable tender and the Open Procedure was terminated. In accordance with Article 32(2)(a) of Directive 2014/24/EU, a negotiated procedure without a call for competition was then initiated with RPS Consulting Engineers. This process resulted in RPS Consulting Engineers providing a solution which meets all of the original requirements. The contracting authority intends to award the contract to RPS Consulting Engineers. The contracting authority can confirm that the original terms of the contract under the open procedure were not altered during the negotiated procedure.
