This notice is to indicate that Ayrshire College intends to contract with Capita Business Services for the provision of support and maintenance services for UNIT-e, Student Management Information System. This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice. This Notice is to indicate that Ayrshire College intends to contract with Capita Business Services the provision of support and maintenance services for UNIT-e, Student Management Information System (MIS). This service has a total cost of 174 104 GBP for 2 years. The contract start date is 1.8.2018. Ayrshire College holds a perpetual licence to access and use UNIT-e and associated software with Capita Business Services. Capita owns and has exclusive rights in respect of all intellectual property rights in the College’s current Student MIS and Capita Business Services is, therefore, the only provider able to meet the College’s need for continued support and maintenance of the MIS.
