Tender description

Provision of gas servicing and repairs for Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Unitas Ltd. Provision of domestic gas servicing and repairs for Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Unitas Ltd. Unitas anticipates undertaking 17000 gas services per annum within its housing stock and are looking to appoint a maximum of 4 individual gas servicing contractors to fulfil this requirement. Each of the appointed gas servicing contractors will be awarded approximately 1 quarter of the available business each year. Rates payable will be those as the tendered rates submitted in this exercise — there will be no further competition. Numbers of services offered to each appointed contractor will be managed by Unitas operational staff and actual numbers will be dependent upon the required timing of services and available resources of appointed contractors.
