Tender description

The Framework will cover the construction of all types of social, private and affordable housing and be used by all members to deliver the programme of work provided each year for 3 years (with the option to extend by 1 year) by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. For the purpose of this procurement and any subsequent framework contracts arising from it, Radius Homes Limited will act as a central purchasing body.
