Tender description

IDA proposes to appoint a suitable Project Management led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team to provide consultancy services consisting of PM, Architect, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Civil & Structural Engineers, QS and PSDP and any specialist advisors considered necessary by the design team to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of a high specification, technically complex advanced technology building at IDA Limerick National Technology Park, Limerick. It is also required to prepare a high-level masterplan of the IDA lands outlining the most appropriate location for the proposed development. IDA procurement strategy must be in line with current Public Procurement Guidelines and for this project all and any appointment(s) will be via a Public Works Suite of Contracts which includes for the Provision of Building Works Designed by the Employer.
