Tender description

The National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) invites tenders for the provision of A Managed Postal Related Service. The National Treatment Purchase fund is assigned the responsibility of the establishment and operation of a centralised validation model. This model will deliver on a national administration validation of recipients on Outpatient, Inpatient and Day Case Waiting Lists in Ireland. The validation model is expected to be operational during September 2018. The National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) invites tenders for the provision of A Managed Postal Related Service. The National Treatment Purchase fund is assigned the responsibility of the establishment and operation of a centralised validation model. This model will deliver on a national administration validation of recipients on Outpatient, Inpatient and Day Case Waiting Lists in Ireland. The validation model is expected to be operational during September 2018. The resources required to deliver on this administrative validation include the procurement of postal and related services from a Postal Factory / Mailing House or equivalent service provider. The National Treatment Purchase Fund requires a suitably experienced and expert service provider to: (i) Receive a hospital specific Masterfile with recipient details; (ii) Populate and print agreed correspondence on hospital headed paper; (iii) Include a stamped addressed return envelope (RE) for recipient response; (iv) Include a barcode to track and trace responses; (v) Receive recipient responses; (vi) Open and log recipient responses; (vii) Update the Masterfile for return to the National Treatment Purchase Fund and the hospital; (viii) Prepare and issue a summary report on the responses received for the National Treatment Purchase Fund; (ix) Return original correspondence and a scanned copy in PDF format to the hospital; (x) All of the above must comply with the highest levels of data protection compliance.
