Tender description

BEIS is seeking to appoint legal advisers in relation to the development of new nuclear projects in the UK. Nuclear power is a key element of the electricity mix in the UK and there are a number of potential projects, including proposals for new nuclear projects at Wylfa Newydd, Moorside, Sizewell and Bradwell. BEIS is now looking to develop its approach in relation to these potential projects.
