Invitation to Tender for Consultancy Services from Design stage to Statutory Approvals to Tender Action, Contract Administration and BCAR compliance including the role of PSDP for a new single span, pitched roof, portal frame steel structure Training Workshop Building; approx. 32m long X 18m wide, with an insulated composite metal cladding finish and large machine-access folding panel doors and personnel doors, Including connections to existing Site Services; Electrical power from existing on-site ESB sub-station, Foul water sewers and on-site treatment plant and Storm water drainage routed to land drains beyond the immediate site. The order of cost is estimated in the order of €500,000 ex VAT 13.5%. The location is National Construction Training Centre, Mount Lucas, Daingean, Co Offaly
