Access Code: E32SC8NP97 The nature of the contract is for the provision of General (non-life) Insurance and related services and claims handling services as required by Clarion Housing Group. The contract will initially run for three years (or periods of insurance) subject to satisfactory performance, cost and service, commencing on 1.9.2018. Clarion Housing Group has the option to extend the contract at Clarion Housing Group’s sole discretion for a further period of up to two years, the anticipated maximum contract award value being equivalent to 3, 4, or 5 times our annual insurance programme cost and as estimated in the Contract Notice Access Code: E32SC8NP97 The nature of the contract is for the provision of General (non-life) Insurance and related services and claims handling services as required by Clarion Housing Group. Insurance, Re-insurance and related services above the agreed Excess, as required by the contracting Authority for property damage and business interruption risks associated with social rented homes, leasehold and shared ownership property, commercial property and the like all owned or managed by the Contracting Authority and insured within its Protected Cell Company. Access Code: E32SC8NP97 Motor Fleet including Motor Legal Expenses and possibly OBU Insurance for risks associated with the Company’s fleet of Commercial and Private vehicles. Access Code: E32SC8NP97 A programme of General Insurance and related services for Clarion Housing Group, excluding Property Stock and Property Owners Liability (see Lot 1), and excluding Motor Fleet risks (see Lot 2). The programme will require Insurance and related services for risks that may include but not be limited to: Business interruption, Employers, Public and Products Liability, Business Combined/Office, Money, All Risks, Computer, Contract Works, Group Personal Accident, Professional Indemnity, Fidelity Guarantee/Crime, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber and Terrorism.
