Tender description

This contract is a lead provider model combining specialist services and primary care services for the delivery of all levels of substance misuse intervention across North Lincolnshire. It seeks transformation over key service areas such as: — Increasing reach, improved access and increased flexibility of service delivery to better meet the needs of people with complex and entrenched substance misuse issues, — Early intervention, prevention and developing resilience within individuals and communities, — More people to leave treatment successfully and earlier, — Services to reach a wider group of vulnerable people by developing services for prescription misuse both prescribed / over the counter and illicit medications, — An improved balance in service provision between treatment, recovery and self-management. The contract specifies the delivery of North Lincolnshire single organisational model and includes a Payment by Result component linked to the achievement of key outcomes.
