NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 July 2018 for the following reason: Change to Deadline for Expression of InterestThis service is a referral and assessment system and energy efficiency measures visit set up for vulnerable clients identified in the community who require further assistance from a variety of providers. The service is split into four key components: Single point contact centre; •Energy efficiency and healthy lifestyles advice visit; •Professional small measures Handy Person service; •The delivery of a Handy Person service to install energy efficiency measures; •Winter Calls programme. The service will operate within the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth.
