GB-Bath: Roof Parapet Cappings to 4 West

Tender description

The works include external modifications to the roof parapet/capping in 2 locations, to alleviate water run-off/staining to the brick façade below, edge protection and minor repairs etc. Works to include; • Installation of galvanized roof edge protection/handrails to the staircase block; • Installation of ladder ties to the stair block; • Adaptations to the roof parapet capping to the stair block; • Adaptations to the roof parapet capping to the Main roof, above the 4 storey section; • Cleaning of staining to brick façade below affected cappings; • Minor brick repairs adjacent the aforementioned areas; • Modifications to the plant compound enclosure at roof level, to seal up the posts and remove water entry;
