NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 July 2018 for the following reason: This requirement is WITHDRAWN due to a change in operational requirement.The University of Bath Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering requires a general builder to undertake the Maintenance and ongoing construction necessary to support the research and general operations at the University's Building Research Park in Wroughton, Swindon. The successful contractor must be able to take on the Principal Contractor role should sub-contracting be required.
