Tender description

Chelmsford City Council is seeking to appoint a small number of appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to a multi supplier framework for the provision of play area surfacing works. Selection to the framework will be on the basis of 2 priced projects, and all subsequent call offs from the framework will be subject to mini-competitions.
