Tender description

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Commercial Procurement Service seeks to introduce a new commercial Framework Agreement which will allow UK public sector bodies to procure financial services. This procurement exercise will lead to a multi supplier Framework Agreement. The Framework will be for the provision of Financial Services. The Framework will be awarded as a single lot, with Bidders being required to meet all aspects of this Technical Specification. Client Trusts will seek providers of financial services to include: Transactional Services: — Accounts Payable — Accounts Receivable Core services: — Fixed and Capital Assets Accounting and Reporting — Balance sheet — Cash Allocation and Bank Recs — Treasury and Cash Management — Funds Held on Trust Not all clients may require the full extent of these services; however potential providers must be able to offer all of these services.
