Great Yarmouth Borough Council are seeking a suitable estate agency to support them in the sale of 70 beach huts. The units are to be located from the southernmost point on the Lower Promenade at Gorleston, be of wood construction and have a total floor space of 3mx3m it will incorporate a 3mx1m veranda and purchase will be based on a 25 year ground rent of £750 plus VAT. An amenity block, providing water and toilet facilities will be provided purely for the use of the Beach Hut owners and incorporate secure access. It is intended to release plots in batches of 20,20,20,10 The Council are undertaking this procurement through the ProContract Portal and offers will not be accepted through any alternative means.
