This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to The provision of Home Energy Advice Services. It is anticipated that the scope of the framework will include, but is not limited to, the provision of bespoke home energy advice providing tenants with advice on how to reduce household energy consumption Improve energy efficiency, and advise on energy efficiency measures, the framework will assist in alleviating fuel property in line with the Scottish Governments fuel poverty strategy. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to a new framework opportunity for The Provision Home Energy Advice Services. The framework maybe split in to geographical lots. Tenderers will be able to bid for 1, any, or all local authority areas, within each lot, where applicable. Please note the lot structure is still to be confirmed, and is therefore subject to change.
