Tender description

To provide a half-hourly Meter Administration Service for un-metered street lighting involving the reading and production of data from and the maintenance of pseudo-meters (Photo Electric Control Unit “PECU”) arrays together with data processing using the appropriate software application. This Contract is required to conform to the Electricity Industry Balancing and Settlement Code BSCP520 which requires the appointment of an Electricity Industry “approved” Meter Administrator. Contract will be an NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC) Option A (Lump Sum).
