Who Speclialist Work With Executive Team Deputy Chief Executive Head of IM&T What Specialists Work On To lead the UHB’s Transformation Programme as the Digital Transformation Lead including the robust utilisation of Programme and Project Management methodology to secure delivery. The Lead will be required to work with the Executive teams to develop digital work programmes, to refocus delivery of key organisational objectives, and ensure synergy with UHB digital SoP and the National Digital Strategy. These programmes must be aligned to our transformation priorities, which includes reducing hospital outpatient appointments by 30%, and reducing variation to deliver cash releasing savings. The Lead must deliver the change programme working with multiple stakeholders. Where the Work Takes Place Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements The individual appointed will be expected to be outcome focussed and self-managing. Hours will be varied according to the need of the project, ensuring that outputs are delivered on time. Hours will be expected to be worked over 5 days/week. The period of time to complete the assignment is expected to run for 6 months, in the first instance, with a review at 3 months.
