This is a collaborative contract for the provision of access to financial and personal data/information. To fulfil its investigative requirements, PSNI requires certain information to complete a financial profile of an individual or company and to enable an investigation to become more focused. The information may be used for a variety of purposes including the initiation and progression of: — Money laundering investigations, — Confiscation proceedings (including enforcement), — Major incident investigations, — Civil recovery investigations, — Cash detention investigations, — Drugs trafficking investigations, — Trade Mark offences, — National or international terrorist investigations, — Benefit and other fraud offences, and — Immigration offences.
