Contract for the Provision of Cash Collection Services

Tender description

Oxford City Council invites suppliers to bid for the provision of a Cash Collection Services. The contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further years (1+1) up to a maximum of 5 years. The Council is responsible for multiple pay and display machines located within various car parks across the City. Payment for parking is made by cash (and in some cases notes) which is contained within each machine. Cash collected will need to be counted, sorted and banked into the relevant accounts. The Council also take payments from the public at various locations around the Council and City that will require collection and delivery to the banks designated clearing houses.
