Tender description
To provide a Citywide Supervised Contact service for children young people and their families who are subject to social care intervention. Liverpool City Council is obliged under the Children Act 1989 to allow reasonable contact for Children who are Looked After with their parents and wider family members. Contact may be a legal direction and be specified by the court. A Service Specification (Appendix A) has been published and attached to the project on Pro-Contract.
