The contract requires the Consultant to be responsible for the the provision of surveys, design, management and administration of construction activities, for Client new build projects, major and minor refurbishment projects. The 1733/MR Building Surveying contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018-2022. All expressions of interest must be via the University of Sheffield e-tendering portal: https://www.in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield This is a restricted 2 stage tender exercise.
