Tender description

The Architect services will including design, develop and documenting all architectural elements via drawings, models, schedules and specifications, and include advising on quality control during contract, and to act as lead designer in the development of coordinated design work with other consultants. The 1721/MR Architect (Projects Value of Under 4 000 000 GBP) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018-2022.
