The cost management services framework involves the provision of cost management services, cost planning, cost forecasting, whole life cost, cost in use analysis, management control and reporting and is to include for building engineering services (mechanical and electrical) for University Projects. The 1719/MR Cost Management (Projects Value of Under 4 000 000 GBP) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022. This is a 2 stage restricted tender exercise.
