Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the development and adaptation of an existing property in to an adapted 5 bed property. The property is two, three bedroom properties that have been previously knocked into one property to create an office that was used by RCTCBC. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required The property lends its self to becoming an adapted property due to its already situated ground floor wet room and ramped external access. Very little alterations are required but the bulk of the work is planned works and repairs as per the specification provided within the Invitation to tender documentation. A site open day is to be held on the 31st July 2018.
