In order to drive efficiencies in our internal processes, CAF are conducting a review of the products that it uses to on-board, complete continuous due diligence, validate UK and overseas charities and their associated individuals, specifically when opening, operating and maintaining CAF bank accounts, taking up new financial products and receiving donations. In addition to reviewing the products it uses, CAF are also looking to understand what workflow systems are available that are easily integrated into various core systems and have functionality to allow multiple data sources to be plugged in. The overall aim is to have one system that allows customers to submit an application, management to track the progress of an application through each department / process and eliminate the need for printing paper. The system will allow various teams to manage and assess their applications with the ability to automate manual administrative tasks ie. Sending chaser emails. Solutions must meet operating and regulatory laws and legislations in connection with banking and financial services, for example money laundering and terrorist financing.
