Tender description

We have appointed a preferred supplier to provide Legionella Routine Visits and Remedial Works to our properties. The contract will cover full costs of all certification and administration associated with achieving compliance to the latest legislative requirements. One supplier has been appointed for both Lots. The contract will provide Legionella Risk Assessments and associated services for Orbit properties in the Midlands. Scope of the works to include: — Undertake Legionella Routine Visits to Orbit owned stock, — Update Orbit IT systems in a timely manner with routine visit details, — Undertake remedial works as identified at the agreed costs, — Undertake Risk Assessments from time to time that may be required on an ad hoc basis. The Contract has been awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1 + 1 basis) based on acceptable performance in line with the KPIs.
