This tender process looks to ensure a guaranteed continuing supply of blood collection systems throughout Wales. This lot will be for the supply of Evacuated collection tubes and Blood Collection Tubes. Blood collection tubes are used to collect a specimen of human blood that will later be sent for testing in laboratories across Wales. Blood collection needles are to be used in conjunction with these tubes. This lot will be for Paediatric tubes. These tubes are used to collect a blood specimen obtained through venipuncture. Specifically in small children or babies. This will later be sent for testing in various laboratories across Wales.
