Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for provision of Refuse collection vehicles and vehicle warranties via 2 Lots. This Framework Agreement will be accessible for the following Local government authorities: — North Yorkshire CC, — Craven DC, — Hambleton DC, — Harrogate BC, — Richmondshire DC, — Ryedale DC, — Selby DC, — Barnsley Metropolitan BC, — Doncaster MBC, — Rotherham MBC, — Sheffield City Council, — East Riding of Yorkshire Council, — Hull City Council, — North Lincolnshire Council, — North East Lincolnshire Council, — City of Lincoln Council and Lincolnshire CC. The Framework Agreement was procured in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 regulation 33 using the open procedure in accordance with regulation 27. Provision of standard width refuse collection vehicles and warranty services. Provision of narrow track Refuse Collection vehicles and warranty services.
