Trinidad Village Catering Concession

Tender description

Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) is offering an opportunity to deliver a catering service at Trinidad Village in Poole. The Contract is due to commence on 1 November 2018. The length of the contract is for 36 months with two possible 12 month extensions. The service provider should have experience of delivering catering contracts to clientele of an extra care scheme or be able to demonstrate relevant experience. The successful provider will be responsible for all operational aspects of the facility including, but not limited to: staff welfare, employment legislation, training, certification and illness. TUPE will apply to this contract and must be considered in all tender submissions.
