Derbyshire Constabulary (or the 'Force') is planning a comprehensive transformation of its Force Operations Room (FOR) telephony systems during 2018. The FOR comprises of Force Control Room (FCR) which undertakes emergency call handling (999s) and the Force Contact Centre (FCC) which undertakes non-emergency call handling (e.g. 101s).
