Tender description

SCOPIC 2 provides Synthetic Wrap (SW) to support Collective Training Events. This supports the Live Instrumented (Tactical Engagement-Simulation (TES)) training by delivering the SW as a managed service with worldwide principal points of delivery. The SW provides the capability to enable joint fires effects, close Air Support, ISTAR outputs and general battlefield friction that cannot be provided live on training events due to real-time restrictions, platform availability and cost. Training may take place concurrently at training areas to be accommodated as needed to support training exercises.
