Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) is seeking proposals to continue the operation of Thrift Farm as a working farm offering a visitor attraction, supported employment through the running of an onsite café, gift shop, horticultural sales and as a social care day activity opportunity. Interested Parties are requested to submit a business case, based on the information included in this pack. The provider would be required to take on the lease of the property currently known as Thrift Farm for a period of no less than 5 years and support adult social care eligible service users to access supported onsite activities through spot purchase arrangements and self-funders/direct payment placements.
