The University of Plymouth - Market Engagement Event for HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) Services

Tender description

The University of Plymouth would like to invite suitably qualified and experienced providers of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services, to attend an engagement workshop and site visit on Wednesday 25th July 2018. The aim and purpose of this event is to work with HVAC experts to bring a 'suppliers' perspective and experiences to ensure that the resultant tender documents are both focused and efficient for all. (Please refer to the attached document titled HVAC - Service for further information of the proposed service) Details of the engagement workshop are:- Date: 25th July 2018; Time 09.30 to 13.00 - (Please note this time will include the opportunity of a site visit); Venue:- The University of Plymouth, Drake Circus, Plymouth, PL4 8AA; Should you wish to attend this event - please RSVP your request via email to:- su.matthews@plymouth.ac.uk Those suppliers that wish to attend the engagement workshop should provide the following details; Name of attendees & their position; Organisation; Contact Telephone Number; and Contact email address. Suppliers shall note that participation in site visits shall be restricted to a maximum of 3 attendees from each supplier's organisation.
