Survey of industry on the detailed costs of non-tariff measures

Tender description

The Authority is looking for suppliers to provide a Survey of Industry for Non-Tariff Measures in Fisheries. Non-tariff measures (NTMs) are policy measures other than customs tariffs that influence the flow of goods and services across borders. Often, these measures apply to trade in seafood. A more detailed evidence base around the specific NTMs faced by the seafood industry is needed, including information on the monetary costs of these NTMs, where they apply and which products they apply to. This project aims to develop estimates of the monetary costs in both absolute and Ad-Valorem equivalent formats. To access the ITT for the above opportunity, you will first need to be registered on, or register to Bravo (please see below). Once registered on Bravo, you will need to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to view the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The NDA is not to be altered and only the date, organisation name and address, with a signature should be added. Details within the NDA (organisation name and address), must match of those on the Supplier Profile on Bravo that is being used to submit the NDA. Upon completion of the of the NDA, a scanned PDF copy should be returned as an attachment through the messaging portal of the Tender on Bravo. Upon receiving the signed NDA, the ITT will be sent via return.
