Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), acting as the Contracting Authority for Greater Manchester Police (GMP), is seeking a supplier to provide an electronic system to support the functions carried out by its Professional Standards Branch; recording and investigating complaints, internal misconduct and death or serious injury matters. The IOPC require that they are recorded on an IT system with data reported to them at regular intervals. The system should (where possible) be hosted by the supplier, please refer to the attachment for a full description of the services. N.B. The software solution should be ready to implement at GMP with minor configuration work. Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), acting as the Contracting Authority for Greater Manchester Police (GMP), has issued this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advertise this opportunity to explore the open market. Following the expiry of the PIN, a short market engagement questionnaire may be sent out to all parties who expressed an interest, allowing GMP to gather feedback from the open market. A possible supplier meeting may follow where our stakeholders can explore more of your products and services and more importantly understand how this can fit into our GMP service requirements.
