Tender description

The Services comprise of the provision of a stepdown facility for adult females, with suitable fulltime accommodation and services to support those in the accommodation. The successful Tenderer is asked to provide and operate a building, with appropriate planning permission, which can deliver a self-catering stepdown facility for 7 women offenders, plus a minimum of 3 further independent housing units which can act as a progression route to full independent living in the community.
