Quantity Surveying Services

Tender description

Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Quantity Surveying Services. It is anticipated that the following range of services may be required: • Costing Schedules of Dilapidations • Budgetary costing of refurbishment schemes on sketch schemes • Budgetary costing of new build schemes (residential and commercial) on sketch schemes • Detailed costings for new build and refurbishment schemes, from detailed drawings and specifications • Checking and analysing costs submitted by contractors and advising if value for money has been achieved • Value engineering of schemes, post tender
