Quantity surveying services

Tender description

Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Quantity Surveying Services. It is anticipated that the following range of services may be required: — costing Schedules of Dilapidations, — budgetary costing of refurbishment schemes on sketch schemes, — budgetary costing of new build schemes (residential and commercial) on sketch schemes, — detailed costings for new build and refurbishment schemes, from detailed drawings and specifications, — checking and analysing costs submitted by contractors and advising if value for money has been achieved, — value engineering of schemes, post tender.
