Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Employers Agent/Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor integrated consultant team to support its proposal to develop 2 housing schemes on separate sites in South Ockendon. It is anticipated that this phased commission will span the development and submission of proposals to gain planning consent and other statutory approvals, assist with the development of detailed design and tender documentation, the management of the procurement process to secure a contractor (in conjunction and in consultation).
