NHS Warrington CCG seek to meet their responsibilities with the GP Five Year Forward View by seeking bids from interested parties to support GPs in Warrington in a number of ways particularly - Care Redesign - Workforce and - Workload They are looking for a provider who can engage in an ongoing manner with 28 practices across Warrington to effectively tap in to their expertise and realise a range of benefits to be drawn out of them working more cohesively and strategically.
