Tender description

The University wishes to procure a Managed Network Service (MNS), to form a strategic partnership with a trusted integrator and have the ability to purchase associated software/hardware, cabling, fibre optic cabling and associated professional services that will provide support and management for the components specified in the Schedule of Equipment (and beyond) attached to this document as Appendix B. The contract will also include the ability to purchase any Data Centre specific items or services. The solution must take in account the current environment. The service must be easy to implement and have a minimal impact on staff resource from a daily management perspective. The solution must be cost effective and must be able to support the University’s requirements. UOB is looking to award a contract for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional period of 1 plus, 1 plus, 1 years.
