Mini Comp for Building Condition Surveying Consultancy Services: Lot 3 Building Services Engineering - AWARD

Tender description

Lancaster University's facilities division is looking to appoint a consultant to undertake Building Services Engineering Condition Surveys across the Lancaster campus and the Halton Boat house. Those who are interested in bidding are invited to a site visit on Wednesday 13th June 2018, at 12pm, which will include a general tour including a selection of plantrooms. The contract will start no later than July 2018 and any supplier awarded such a contract must be fully operational at this point. The initial contract period will be from July 2018 to July 2021. There may be an extension period of up to 2 years (1+1) subject to the agreement of both parties and contractual performance. The programme is valued at circa £100k inc VAT per annum for all condition surveys, including Building Surveying Condition Surveys. We will be looking to appoint a Building Surveyor separately to this tender.
