Tender description

The Hickstead Unit provides a pre-operative assessment service for the Princess Royal Hospital. Clinical hand washing facilities, partitions and fire door mechanisms have been identified as requiring upgrading. The proposed scheme is to alter the layout of the Hickstead Unit and adjacent Medical Records / Kitchen area. Existing and proposed plans for the scheme can be found in Appendix A. The new accommodation will include a sluice room, store, and staff rest / kitchenette. Further information is included in the schedule of accommodation Keywords: construction
